WHERE CAN THE HOT TUBS BE SITED?
Our hot tubs can be sited either inside or outside as long as there's enough space. Most tubs are normally sited on a decking, lawn, patio, garage or shed. The surface should be reasonably flat and firm to withstand the weight.

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS AND WEIGHT OF THE HOT TUBS?
Our hot tubs are 213 cm x 80cm but please allow extra for clearance. Weight including water will be approx 1200kg.
DO WE NEED HELP WITH MOVING THE HOT TUB?
This will be dependent on ease of access. In general we require an able body to assist moving and siting the hot tub. If unsure just get in touch and we will be more than happy to advise.
WHAT ABOUT A POWER SUPPLY?
We will supply a 10m extension cable which plugs into a standard 13A socket complete with RCD protection device. If the distance to a socket is further please let us know prior to delivery.
WHAT ABOUT A WATER SUPPLY AND HOW LONG DOES A HOT TUB TAKE TO FILL?
Preferably an outside tap with garden hose or similar is ideal. If you don't have an outside tap let us know and we will bring suitable fittings and hoses to connect to an inside tap. Filling time varies but will take approximately 1.5 hours.
HOW LONG DO OUR HOT TUBS TAKE TO HEAT UP?
Heating times are dependent on initial water temperature and ambient air temperature but can vary from 16 - 24 hours. If required quicker it may be possible to add water from your hot tap. Temperature setting is entirely up to you, but we would recommend 37 - 40 degC or possibly lower for younger children.
WHAT SIZE IS THE WATER HEATING ELEMENT?
The heating element is 2kw.
WHAT ABOUT WATER CARE?
We supply chlorine tablets and floating dispenser with our hot tubs. We also supply all other chemicals as required to ensure the water is properly maintained and balanced to ensure you have the best possible bathing experience.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A deposit is required on booking and full payment before we deliver your hot tub. Payment by bank transfer, paypal or cheque.
WHAT ABOUT EMPTYING THE HOT TUB?
Don't worry, we will empty the hot tub when we collect it. We will use a large diameter hose to drain the water which won't take long.
